i started a new account and I want this URL name but someones using the url name I want.. but its not like there really even using it.. the person dident add any friends and they dident log in for over 2 years... So.. can i go to Tom and get this one deleted so I could use it?

Just add an extra character to whatever it is you want your URL to be, maybe it's available and it's close to what you wanted it to be.
